I am deeply passionate about health coaching because I believe everyone deserves to feel like the healthiest and most vibrant version of themselves. It brings me so much joy to help my clients take small, meaningful steps toward their health goals, and I love being a part of their journey every time we meet.
My journey to becoming a health coach began when I became a mother. Like many parents, I wanted my children to be healthy and thrive. It was through my desire for their well-being that my passion for health and wellness grew. Over time, I realised that in order to care for them, I needed to prioritise my own health too. I felt compelled to share the knowledge I gained about nutrition and holistic wellness, so others could learn how to take control of their health as well. After all, just like the old saying goes, we must put our own oxygen mask on first before we can help others.

She asked thoughtful questions to help me figure out what it is I really want, struggle with, etc.

I started the programme while finding myself in a bit of a lull and not knowing where to start to make it better.
I was extremely fatigued, bloated all of the time. Not having enough water each day and a lack of motivation was making all tasks a lot more daunting than they should have been.
Working with Camilla on the blood sugar principles and on ways to improve my daily tasks/future aspirations we managed to find the root cause of my problems and find my motivation back.

Before I began the coaching programme I was stuck in a rut. There were many areas of my life I wanted to change or was unhappy with, but I felt that whatever I tried didn’t work, didn’t last or wasn’t achievable. I was exhausted with all the trying.
The programme led me to deeply consider what I want my life to look like. The seemingly simple areas that were investigated are ones that are often discussed in the media or in self-help books and I wasn’t expecting the work around them to be so impactful. In the past I have always failed when trying to work alone on these areas. However, having a supportive, skilled coach taking me through these areas of health and well-being, step by step, was fundamental to the changes I made …
I worked with Camilla initially to improve my nutrition with the intent of being fitter. Through the course of my sessions with her, we identified other opportunities for me to improve on which while unexpected were highly welcomed. She helped me identify specific goals for the week which would help move the needle on the milestone we identified. The goals, and improvement areas were defined by me but I could not have done so without Camilla’s help and that’s why I am happy to recommend her to others. Knowing that I would be speaking to her the following week added a sense of accountability to the tasks which I found useful.

You’ll gain practical tools to separate your work life from your personal life, and I’ll guide you in creating routines that help you stay energised, focused, and in control. Each week, we’ll focus on developing a new habit or action that brings you closer to your goals—whether that’s feeling healthier, boosting your energy and mood, managing your weight, or increasing your productivity and confidence.
With my expert guidance, you’ll also gain clarity on what truly matters to you, so you can live with purpose and intention. This premium programme offers extended support to ensure your progress continues smoothly, making it easier for you to live life to its fullest potential.
Regain Control
My Regain Control – Health and Wellness Programme is a personalised coaching experience designed to help you achieve a better work-life balance. By dedicating just one hour each week for 1:1 coaching, you’re already taking the first important step towards prioritising your well-being and meeting your needs.
Over the course of 8 weeks, we’ll work together to establish and integrate healthier habits into your daily life. With my expert guidance, you’ll explore both lifestyle and nutrition choices while developing routines that help you draw a clear boundary between your work and personal life.
Each week, I’ll coach you towards a new action or habit, helping you gradually build momentum towards feeling healthier, more energised, and in control of your mood, weight, and productivity. Regain Control Light
My Regain Control Light – Health and Wellness Program is a personalised coaching experience designed to support you as you continue your journey after completing a Full Health and Wellness Program. Over the next 8 weeks, we’ll meet one-on-one for an hour every two weeks, ensuring you stay focused on your well-being and ongoing goals.
During this time, you will build upon the healthy habits you’ve already established, with consistent accountability and expert guidance. Each session will help you layer in new strategies that empower you to feel even more confident in maintaining your progress. As you continue to prioritise yourself, you’ll experience greater energy, improved mood, a balanced weight, enhanced productivity, and a clearer sense of what truly matters to you.
