A little about myself

I am deeply passionate about health coaching because I believe everyone deserves to feel like the healthiest, most vibrant version of themselves. It brings me so much joy to help my clients take small, meaningful steps toward their health goals, and I love being part of their journey every time we meet.

My own journey to becoming a health coach began when I became a mother. Like so many parents, I wanted my children to be healthy and thrive. It was through my desire for their wellbeing that my passion for health and wellness truly grew. Over time, I realised that in order to care for them, I needed to prioritise my own health too. I felt compelled to share the knowledge I had gained about nutrition and holistic wellness so others could learn how to take control of their health as well. After all, just like the old saying goes, we must put our own oxygen mask on first before helping others.

Today, I offer personalised health coaching programmes designed to support and empower you over time. Tailored to your individual needs, my programmes guide you towards lasting improvements in your health and wellbeing, helping you make sustainable progress every step of the way.

Alongside my coaching work, I’ve also thoughtfully expanded my offerings to include a few trusted tools that can complement your journey to better health.

As part of my commitment to supporting wellbeing from the inside out, I’m proud to be a Weleda Wellbeing Advisor. Our skin is our largest organ, and during my Health Coaching training, I became even more aware of the impact that chemicals can have on our overall health. In addition, as someone who loves making healthy, nutritious food easy and accessible, I’m delighted to share that I’ve also become an Independent Thermomix Advisor.

I’ve personally been using Thermomix in my own kitchen for over 15 years and it’s completely transformed the way I cook for my family — helping me prepare delicious, wholesome meals quickly and simply, even on the busiest days. But it’s so much more than just a kitchen appliance. It takes    much of the mental load out of meal planning, shopping, and nourishing ourselves and our families — saving precious time, energy, and headspace.

Over the course of 8 weeks, we’ll work together to establish and integrate healthier habits into your daily life. With my expert guidance, you’ll explore both lifestyle and nutrition choices while developing routines that help you draw a clear boundary between your work and personal life.

Each week, I’ll coach you towards a new action or habit, helping you gradually build momentum towards feeling healthier, more energised, and in control of your mood, weight, and productivity. My Regain Control Light – Health and Wellness Program is a personalised coaching experience designed to support you as you continue your journey after completing a Full Health and Wellness Program. Over the next 8 weeks, we’ll meet one-on-one for an hour every two weeks, ensuring you stay focused on your well-being and ongoing goals.

During this time, you will build upon the healthy habits you’ve already established, with consistent accountability and expert guidance. Each session will help you layer in new strategies that empower you to feel even more confident in maintaining your progress. As you continue to prioritise yourself, you’ll experience greater energy, improved mood, a balanced weight, enhanced productivity, and a clearer sense of what truly matters to you.

With continued support and coaching, you’ll be better equipped to sustain lasting change and achieve a deeper sense of control over your health and wellness.
