Setting aside an hour a fortnight for your 1 to 1 coaching as you continue to prioritise yourself and your needs. Over the 8 weeks, you will build on new healthy habits you have already adopted. With the continued accountability and coaching you will feel even more confident in your ability to maintain your progress as you layer additional actions each fortnight taking you even further towards, feeling healthier, energised, improved mood, in control of your weight, more productive, confident, and with a clear sense of what is important to you.

 

 

Once you are enjoying the feeling of being healthier, energised, improved mood, in control of your weight, more productive, confident, and with a clear sense of what is important to you. My Remain in Control – Maintenance Health and Wellness programme will provide the perfect level of support to keep you on track. Continue with a monthly coaching session, over three months, for continued support and accountability. During these individually tailored sessions, you will continue to prioritise yourself and your needs, with continued gentle support and guidance so that your new healthier habits remain your permanent healthy habits for life.
